1. Returns are initiated via emailing us at care@gemeriahair.in. We typically reply within 24 hours (working days)
2. You'll be emailed instructions with our return address.
3. Ship your order back to us on the address mentioned in the email only.
4. Once we receive your order, please allow 1-3 business days once your set arrives back at our warehouse, for your store credit (gift card) to be processed.
We issue store credits only, which is a Gift Card (Coupon Code)
After 7 days of delivery, any request for return/exchange is not valid.
For damage or defective items please contact us within 48 hours of delivery only.
